With over 15 years of experience in North Indian and Mughlai cuisine, our Head Chef brings an extraordinary depth of knowledge and an unyielding passion for perfection to every dish that leaves the 7 Seas kitchen.

Having trained in some of the finest kitchens across India, he has mastered the art of balancing traditional flavours with contemporary presentation. His signature dishes — from the silky Dal Makhani to the smoky Tandoori Platter — have earned 7 Seas a reputation that extends far beyond Tarn Taran.
